By Far The Coolest Moment On Any Superhero TV Show

Supergirl-Laser-VisionThere have been many “that was freakin’ awesome” type moments on each of the superhero shows that TV has to offer now. I mean, there are so many shows to choose from, especially over the past few years.

  • Arrow
  • Flash
  • Supergirl
  • Gotham
  • Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
  • Agent Carter

And if you include the shows on Netflix…

  • Daredevil
  • Jessica Jones

One more is even getting added to the mix with Legends of Tomorrow. Which is a spin-off including characters from the Arrow and Flash shows. Then there are the shows that are no longer with us… like Smallville and Constantine.

If you watch any or all of these shows, and you’re gonna try to guess the coolest moment that I’m talking about, the kicker segment during the Flash where King Shark makes an appearance WAS that moment. King Shark’s sneak attack/choke out of Barry was completely out of left field. Which made it all the better. I can’t believe I’m going to say it, but King Shark has been dethroned.

After a super crazy week, I finally was able to watch the newest episode of Supergirl that aired this past Monday. My biggest interest point concerning the Supergirl show from the start was the fact that they cast the character of Hank Henshaw. If you aren’t in the know, Hank Henshaw is the name a very big Superman villain —> Cyborg Superman.

BTW – last week’s Supergirl episode when she faces off against Red Tornado was pretty cool too (specifically the scene I used for the thumbnail of this article.)

This here is officially the coolest moment I’ve seen on a superhero show to date!

J’onn J’onzz!!!!!!!!

What he should have said in this clip…

“My name is J’onn J’onzz. The Martian F******* Manhunter.” Hahaha

Martian Manhunter is a freakin BOSS!!! Mad props to CBS and the Supergirl writers room for getting the goods.

Not only is the inclusion of Martian Manhunter great, but this twist completely sets the table for a Supergirl match-up vs yet to emerge Hank Henshaw, aka Cyborg Superman!
